Computing Seconds are the units we use to measure and track your usage. Some of the actions you perform on LTX Studio - such as rendering videos, changing camera angles, or adding shots to a scene - consume computing resources, which we measure in seconds. This method ensures you make the most out of your subscription plan and that you are billed for the actual resources you utilize to bring your vision to life.
To keep an eye on your available computing seconds, simply head to the "Manage" tab within your account settings. Here, you'll find the “Computing Seconds usage” section which displays your current monthly usage.
Simply head to the "Manage" tab within your account settings. Follow the instructions listed in the "Account Deletion" link at the bottom of the page. Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible. Upon deletion, you will permanently lose access to all your projects and any other information associated with your account.
Yes! You can switch between subscription plans at any time to suit your changing creative needs. Simply go to the "Pricing" tab in your Account Settings, where you can view all available plans. Click “Subscribe” on your new preferred plan or use the "Change Plan" button in the "Manage" tab.
Upgrading your plan: When you upgrade, the change will take effect immediately, and you will be offered a prorated price based on the remaining time in your current cycle.
Downgrading your plan: Downgrades will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription easily from the "Manage" tab in your Account Settings. There, you will find a "Cancel Plan" button within the "Your Plan" section. When you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. This way, you can continue creating until the last day of your subscription. "Personal Use" refers to using LTX Studio for creating content that you post on your personal social media profiles and personal websites. This includes content for organic use and promoting your personal brand. It does not include any promotional activities for businesses, services, or products, nor does it cover content that is sponsored or created in partnership with third parties. Your usage should be strictly non-commercial and not affiliated with any business-oriented objectives. “Commercial Use” for LTX Studio subscribers allows businesses, marketers, and professional creators to leverage the platform’s capabilities for commercial purposes. This includes the creation and distribution of content that promotes a business, product, or service across various media channels.
Commercial use also covers sponsored content, content created in partnership with third parties, and any use where you are paid or compensated for the content produced using LTX Studio.
Additionally, under the Business tier, content can be used for business-related promotions with an audience reach of up to 100,000 views per asset, ensuring broad yet compliant usage for your marketing needs.
